Ingredients
- 1 glass of soya-bean milk
- 3/4 glass of raisin
- 1/2 glass of sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons of flax seed oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 glasses of frozen red grapes (without seeds)
- 1/4 glass of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal for decoration
Method
Step 1
With cocktail whisk or the blender wipe milk, raisin, sunflower seeds, add flax seed oil, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Shake for 45 seconds at high speed or until the mixture becomes solid.
Step 2
Add the frozen grapes and wipe again at high speed until the mass to becomes solid again.
Step 3
Serve immediately. If you want you can decorate oatmeal or cinnamon.
