Juicing for Weight Loss


There is more than one way to juice a fruit, or a vegetable. Both are great to try by themselves, or as a combination fruit and vegetable juice

One of the best applications of all natural fruit juices is using juicing recipes for weight loss. While you need ingredients likes fresh fruits and vegetables, having a juicer or various types of juicers is also important. There are many kinds of juicers including citrus presses, centrifugal juicers, masticating juicers, and triturating juicers.

Which juicer you choose is up to you and should be based on your weight loss plan and needs. Now that you've got a juicer, it's time to start making juices. Here is a simple juice recipes for weight loss; Juice 1 lemon, 2 apples, and a tablespoon of ginger for a refreshing juice that's perfect for breakfast. Another fun juicer recipe to try is 2 oranges, an apple, and 2 cups of mixed berries. Juice and combine with your favorite supplements for a liquid meal that will stick with you for the rest of the morning. The options for the juice combinations are endless. Peach Apple Apricot Juice Cocktail


Apricots – a good source of vitamin A and antioxidant lycopene. Apricots and peaches are also good source of beta-carotene.

Ingredients

  • 225 g low-fat peach yogurt
  • 1/2 glass of tofu curd
  • 1/2 glass of dried apricots
  • 1/4 glass of apricot jam
  • 1/4 glass of whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons of bee pollen
  • 1,5 glass of apple slices
  • 1,5 glass of frozen peach slices
  • 4 peach slices for decoration

Method

Step 1

With cocktail whisk or the blender wipe yogurt, tofu curd, dried apricots, jam, whey protein powder, apple slices and bee pollen. Shake for 45 seconds at high speed or until the mixture becomes solid.

Step 2

Add frozen peach and wipe again at high speed until the mass to becomes solid again.

Step 3

Serve immediately. If you want you can decorate the cocktail with peach.

Nutritional value

Single glass is 237 calories, 2 g fat, 1 g of saturated fat, 14 g protein, 45 g carbohydrates, 5 g dietary fiber, 20 mg cholesterol.
